Where industry makers like Kotak Securities, Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd., HSBC Investdirect Pvt. Ltd. provided a rixh experience into financial markets. Transition to Traditional Real Estate market at middle management working directly with the owners for 3 years into finance ,Tax, Audit , Marketing , Operations, HR, Banking, Investments & others. Interesting twist came around while getting international experience in East Africa for 2 years in Tanzania, East Africa as Executive Assistant to Moreh Derech & Chairman of Governing Council. This enhanced my exposure to Manufacturing, Trading, Automotive sales & service, cinemas, Retail, Media, Real estate ,art & culture etc. Core responsibilities were Business reviews , financial analysis , strategic business support ,Preparing budgets. variance analysis ,Recruitments, change management & implementation of policies and much more as list continues. Change with progression in UAE, DIFC environment as Financial analyst was waiting for me then. A boutique investment banking firm. It opened my wings into M&A Deals, equity & debt funding , private placements with other asset class investments too. Life is always exciting, it surprises me and this time is was with a role in Abu Dhabi- at UAE Exchange as an Executive Assistant, graduating to Pricing analyst with a leader in payments industry. After covid all dynamics changed and regained a Start up working experience in Dubai as Financial Analyst . Along with financial responsibilities was managing Solar project and CNG Project for Exvellence Driving.
