As a Child Rights Fellow in H&N division of Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, I spearheaded efforts to combat malnutrition among children of NCT of Delhi by implementing and enhancing growth monitoring initiatives to facilitate early identification and reporting of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) cases. Through these sustained interventions, growth monitoring coverage increased from 21% to 83% within the first 6 months.Key respinsibilities :a. POSHAN tracker, HMIS data analysis & report formation b.
