Senior People Specialist
Current• Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions in IT Industry. • Involved in all aspects of Full Cycle recruiting.• Recruiting for both full-time and contract job openings in IT.• Sourcing qualified candidates from professional sites such as LinkedIn, TEAM’s database and other resources; selecting only those ones whose skillset matches the job description.• Reaching out to candidates (via e-mail and phone) to share the information regarding the job opportunity• Phone-Screening candidates with the purpose of identifying if they are a fit for the position• Negotiating salary, pay rate and benefits• Recruit in an extremely high-volume hiring environment for both active and passive candidates; direct hire, contract and contract to direct hire employees.• Scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for client interviews and debriefing candidate after interview• Searching alternative ways of recruiting, posting job orders in different Job Boards.• Performing reference and background check• Collecting all the necessary documents in case of a placement• Develop and maintain Bond database of candidates; import resumes.
