Review KPI’s for all metrics.-Responsible for overall procurement process and execution, vendor development, vendor evaluation process, Cost Negotiation and other terms and conditions for sourcing of products and services. -Responsible for order fulfillment keep reviewing the existing orders and upcoming orders to be execute with define TAT. Ensure to maintain adequate stock at right product at right time to at right location for order execution.
