Report to and coordinate daily with the responsible Contract Superintendent. Take responsibility for overviewing contractor’s performance from a progress, ES&H and quality perspective. Understand the Scope of Work, schedule, and areas of responsibility to plan executing the scope as per the approved project schedule. Work and coordinate with Contractor to resolve site issues (i.e. interface with others), and ensure the performance and quality achievement. Plan to meet the… Show more Report to and coordinate daily with the responsible Contract Superintendent. Take responsibility for overviewing contractor’s performance from a progress, ES&H and quality perspective. Understand the Scope of Work, schedule, and areas of responsibility to plan executing the scope as per the approved project schedule. Work and coordinate with Contractor to resolve site issues (i.e. interface with others), and ensure the performance and quality achievement. Plan to meet the weekly installation and support the Project schedule in a safe manner. Monitor the Contractor required materials, tools, labor, and construction equipment to support the Project milestones and Schedules. Involved in system completion walk-downs, pressure testing, punch list management; turn over packages and routine interface with the Pre-commissioning team. Generate Daily Reports and sign daily permits based on daily site inspections. Attend pre-start, toolbox talks, site walk downs and other project meetings as required. Attend and conduct meetings, as required, including but not limited to: plan of the day, Interface and coordination meetings, 3 Week look ahead, and 90 Day Review meetings. Review Work Method Statements, JHA, and STARRT Cards on a daily basis. Monitor and review the QURR (Quantity Unit Rate Report) to track Performance Forecast (PF).
