Current Develop and generate auto code using Matlab Simulink state flow model and create a wrapper code to work inC/C++ environment. Work on MATLAB-Simulink for implementing new features for coming trucks, developing MATLAB Simulink chartsand validate the performance of designed control system integration in various conditions. Implement features and bug fixing for diagnostics modules. The work involves Embedded code construction and documenting each process. The models are developed andmapped to MATLAB for embedded environment. Developed and maintained bare-metal firmware for various microcontroller platforms, including ARM Cortex-Mseries and AVR. Designed and implemented low-level device drivers to interface with peripherals such as GPIO, UART, SPI, andI2C, ensuring efficient communication and control. Involved in MIL, SIL and HIL testing using MATLAB Simulink dSPACE control desk tools. Developed panels in CANoe, J1939 ,CANalyzer is used to trace the engine pressure Diagnostics Electrical controlof hydraulic actuators including motor position control. Worked on Design and development of device log storage modelusing Linux file system. Developed and maintained model-based design (MBD) workflows, streamlining the software development processby automating code generation, verification, and validation steps. Designed and developed a new Electronic Control Module (ECU) for a vehicle, that involves motors (DC, stepper),microcontrollers, oscilloscopes, and embedded systems like Arduino (C), MATLAB, Simulink, Python. Work on model-based development (using Simulink/Stateflow modelling languages) for heavy equipment, off roador highway transmission control experience will be of high interest. Designing algorithms for low level drivers such as PWM, ADC,SPI,I2C, CAN and DMA.
