Current• Overseeing the operations development and growth of Jio Mart Digital in the entire state of Gujarat by managing and coordinating activities across different cities and regions within Gujarat.• Responsible for bringing offline dealers onto the Jio Mart Digital platform by identifying potential dealers, persuading them to join the platform, and explaining the benefits of purchasing online through Jio Mart Digital. • Building strong relationships with the dealers and address any concerns they may have. Ensuring their active participation by encouraging regular usage of the platform for purchasing products, addressing any issues they encounter, and providing necessary support to ensure a smooth experience.• Managing a team of Jio Mart Digital Officers who reports by providing guidance, support, and direction to the team. Overseeing the performance, ensure they are achieving their targets, and provide necessary training and resources for their professional growth.• Collaborating closely with Jio Mart Digital Leads who are responsible for specific areas or regions within Gujarat. Working together to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of initiatives across the state. Providing guidance and support to the leads, helping them overcome challenges and achieve targets.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, regional partners, and stakeholders is crucial. Acting as a key point of contact for any concerns or issues raised by the dealers and ensuring effective communication and resolution. Striving to foster trust and loyalty among the dealers to promote long-term partnerships.
