Professional ProfileHi, I am a Management Graduate with 16+ years of experience in Strategic Alliance,Business Development and sales, currently working with Juniper Networks as Global Lead, India GSIs.In this role I take care of Indian GSIs globally running and owning 360 degree relationship with them. With cloud and digital becoming native for most the organisations, how organisations are buying and consuming infrastructure has also gone through a paradigm shift.This has led to the rise of ecosystem and alliances where large SIs/solution providers in partnership with technology companies are offering solutions to customers which are making sense both technically and commercially and may include aspect like building and managing multi-cloud as well as physical private infrastructure. Juniper has identified this collaboration with right partners as a critical factor to its success and have invested a large pool of resources to nurture such alliance and early results have only propelled bigger aspiration and more focus.In the current role, I manage all the aspects of a sales cycle with GSIs including defining use cases and offerings powered by Juniper, presales,COE, Engineering and delivery readiness to support offerings and solutions as well as field engagement to identify vertical, sector and accounts to identify and pursue opportunities.Before expansion of this role, I have been handling IBM India as an strategic alliance, registering a 30% YoY growth in our business with IBM in the last four years and Juniper becoming more strategic for IBM in its offering.I had started my career in Juniper as major account manager BFSI vertical, winning some marquee banking customers and large private banks.Before joining Juniper, I worked with Wipro for eight years, serving in various sales functions.A very enriching experience of eight years with Wipro helped me develop my skills as well as my ability to move up my relationship and credibility in customer hierarchy.
