▪ Overall owner of the Client Facing Operations Team with focus on Trade Settlement, Cash, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations for Global Custody.▪ Managing Global Custody operations of high caliber 30+ members in Mumbai, responsible for servicing premium Investment Managers for Asian and Indian Markets, Fund Managers and Sovereign Wealth Funds with stringent turnaround time of 30 minutes.▪ Led and completed various Transformation (Change the Bank) projects like: Fax Elimination, STP rate improvement, (Pre matching and Fails Management), Email Automation (NLP).▪ Building technology-driven scalable operational processes and teams in India to service global clients of varying complexities.▪ Engage in client visits with effective Data Visualization & Analysis for client education (e.g. CSDR) and to eliminate manual processes.Responsibilities:▪ Interact with clients and manage daily Operations and escalations for high value trade settlement.▪ Turnaround time of 30 minutes to be meet and exceeded month on month.▪ Capacity Planning, Workforce Management, Performance Management.▪ Automation & Robotics: Writing BRDs (Business Requirement Document) and partnering with Tech to perform UAT and implementation.▪ Targeted training to improve Cross Training matrix.Transition:▪ Onboarding new clients and work migration from other JPM locations.
