• Managing Global Custody operations of high caliber 30+ members in Mumbai, responsible for servicing premium Investment Managers for Asian and Indian Markets, Fund Managers and Sovereign Wealth Funds with stringent.
• Led and completed various Transformation (Change the Bank) projects like: Fax Elimination, STP rate improvement, (Pre matching and Fails Management), Email Automation (NLP).
• Building technology-driven scalable operational processes and teams in India to service global clients of varying complexities.
• Engage in client visits with effective Data Visualization & Analysis for client education (e.g. CSDR) and to eliminate manual processes.Responsibilities:
