I was born in Nepal and completed Bachelor in Paharmacy from Institute of Medicine (TU) in 2004 in Disctiction as a student of First batch. I worked as a Quality Assurance pharmacist for a year in Time Pharmaceuticals and as an instructor/educator in Noble college for students of pharmacy, nusring and public health faculties. I came to Australia in November 2006 as international student to complete my Masters degree in Australia. I love playing soccer and travelling around the new locations and circumnavigated the world to more than 13 countries. Currently, I am working as a founder director and CEO at Advance Care Agency Pty Ltd which is a registered NDIS provider and staffing agency supplying nurses to aged care facilities, hospitals and disability sectors. I oversee the day-to-day of the business and also working strategic planning of the organisation. Advance Care has been nominated as a finalist for local business award in Blacktown council for last 2 years in a row.I love my job and my passion is to provide unique and person-centred services to people with disability and vulnerable people to bring meaningful achievement in their lives and smile on their faces. Once I changed by career as a pharmacist to be a disability service porfessionals, I am enjoying the sector and my career and continue to learn new things everyday and meet new people with disability and trying to contribute to achieve their persoanl goals.
