  Design:Identify the ideal fuel for industrial usage depending on the client’s consumption requirement. Design the fuel system as per statutory regulations so as to get the regulatory approvals.Civil:Following civil activities are undertaken: Studying the soil conditions in yard area for designing the Tank foundationThird party inspection of Tank foundationImplementation of civil activities within fuel yardMechanical:Identify the pipe line size depending on client usage and pressure requirement for fuel and hydrant line. Following are the mechanical activities carried out by Option:- Fire FightingFuel line within and outside yardInstalling Vapourisers, Unloading Pump, Transfer Pump, Flow meter, Pneumatic Valves, etcElectrical & Instrumentation:Identify the correct cable size, materials and instruments for effective implementation of Electrical & Instrumentation activities. Option is involved in laying and termination of electrical and instrumentation cables. Option is also involved in providing ideal fire and gas detection solutions to its clients in order to prevent fuel hazards.Information Technology in Instrumentation Technology(IT in IT)Following activities are undertaken:Installing SCADA and relay based control panels for obtaining signals from different instruments, for controlling the product flow and usage inside the fuel yard. Programming of PLC in control panelsIntegrating the fire and gas detector system to instrument control panel for emergency shutdown.LicensingFacilitate commissioning of Fuel Yard for regulatory approval
