As the head of the Statistics Support Center (SSC), my primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the center, which offers comprehensive tutoring services in statistics and related courses to both undergraduate and graduate students. In this role, I ensure that students receive the necessary assistance to excel in their statistical studies.Furthermore, I hold the position of Instructor of Record for undergraduate-level statistics courses, where I design and deliver engaging lectures, create assessments, and provide guidance to students. Additionally, I serve as a Teaching Assistant for several master's and doctoral-level statistics courses, including Categorical Data Analysis, Applied Statistics, Applied Bayesian Analysis, Applied Time Series Analysis, and Statistical Methods III. In these roles, I assist faculty members, lead discussion sections, provide individualized support, and contribute to the overall success of the courses.

In my position, I served as an educator for both undergraduate and graduate-level statistics courses. I not only taught these classes but also provided guidance and supervision for research projects undertaken by both graduate and undergraduate students. Additionally, I actively participated in various service roles within the academic community. Some of my notable service positions included coordinating the MBA program, chairing the graduate research committee, serving as a member of the graduate research committee, participating in the management subject committee, and acting as a senate member of the university.
