Coordination and Implementation of Project Activities at the local level: •Establish and maintain contact and coordination with partner LGs, Provinces and Civil Society Organizations for the implementation of activities. •Provide support measures to municipalities for strengthening services in selected areas and for institutional capacity development of LGs and Provinces. •Support to PCGG and Governance Reform Division (at CM office)•Coordinate with staff from other GDC Projects in the provinces. •Coordinate with team of consultants on output A and othersSupport to Peer learning: •Organize and facilitate peer-learning events in cooperation with PMLC; •Support LGs in the preparation of learning inputs; prepare reports of the peer learning and disseminate to participants.Support of Delegations’ Field Visits: •Take an active role in organizing visits of GIZ Nepal, German Embassy, or BMZ to partner LGs and Provinces; Monitoring: •Monitor progress on the quality and access to services together with partner LGs.•Regularly provide monitoring information to the M&E responsible staff of the Project.
