I worked as a project manager and managed projects and teams. I removed impediments and coached the teams to identify and eliminate obstacles. I helped to streamline the development processes and organizational processes. I participated in recruitment and interview processes too.

I worked as a project manager/scrum master and managed people in projects. I helped to implement scrum framework and agile methodology as a scrum master. I managed multiple projects and multiple teams, and managed conflicts and crises.

I experienced and learnt concepts like product design, requirement elicitation, end-to-end process of project management, quality assurance, development and devops standards required for project management and product maintenance.

I worked in multiple web development projects and products. My focus was on using server-side logic to integrate user-facing element, develop software as per client's requirements, write and implement software solutions that integrate different systems, identify and suggest various opportunities to improve efficiency and functionality, and use various AWS services as per business requirements.

I worked as college ambassador of AIDevNepal from Kathmandu Engineering College. The aim of was to learn basic concepts of python and AI from AIDevNepal and facilitate workshops in the college. We managed to run a workshop on python to the AI enthusiast in Kathmandu Engineering College.
