As a Senior Product Design Officer at Ascenso Tyres, I lead the research and development of off-the-road (OTR) tyres for various applications and markets and Product Design through my work experience of over six years. Before joining Ascenso Tyres, I worked as a Product Development Officer for Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and CEAT Tyres Limited, where I was involved in developing Radial-OTR and Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) tyres, as well as Passenger Car Radial (PCR), Ultra-High Performance (UHP), and Light Truck Radial (LTR) tyres. I have contributed to multiple projects that improved the performance, durability, and safety of the tyres, as well as reduced the environmental impact and fuel consumption. I am passionate about creating innovative and customer-centric solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that adhere to the industry standards and regulations. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques that can enhance my skills and competencies. My goal is to design and develop tyres that are reliable, efficient, and sustainable.
