I am currently serving as Senior Consultant - Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) at NITI Aayog. ABP focuses on improving governance to bring about social development in the relatively difficult and underdeveloped Blocks of India by converging existing schemes, defining outcomes and monitoring results on a constant basis using digital tools and approaches. In my most recent role as the CHRO at BigMint (formerly SteelMint), I was responsible for closing communication loops on behalf of the CEO and overseeing strategic planning and implementation. I was tasked with designing and implementing a talent strategy that encompassed recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. Prior to that, I have held multiple roles in industries such as Microfinance, Dairy, IT, and Price Reporting.Before that, I had started a captive dairy farm in Guwahati and ran it for 8 years. I had also started an NBFC-MFI and ran it for over five years, with a cumulative disbursement of over 15 crores to over ten thousand recipients. In addition to micro-loans, the MFI provided life and cattle insurance in rural areas of central Uttar Pradesh.
