Reporting to US billionaire Joe Liemandt (Forbes 400), I was directly responsible for building & scaling 2 edtech software companies from the ground up, namely GT School & LearnWith.AI. Both now have products that featured in Forbes and other US national media for AI learning innovation.Oversaw a $10MM budget & directly managed 60 direct reports across 6 teams – AI Engineering, Technical Operations, Academic SMEs, AI-first Marketing, Customer Success, and Interns. Developed 2 software products for the education industry, TeachTap (iOS) & Magic Academy (iOS, Android, PC). Both contain patent pending applications of generative AI both in terms of generative capabilities and learning innovation.Performed continuous generative AI focused R&D for product discovery purposes, including creating MVPs/prototypes. Discovered several key breakthroughs that resulted in one of our subsidiaries rebranding in order to take advantage of the idea (AI historical figures as teachers, that can speak/converse with students in their native dialect). Conducted hundreds of controlled experiments with LLMs in order to understand specific model nuances. Used the outcome of said experiments to develop large, structured datasets and thousands of prompts that then formed the backbone of our education APIs.Presented live demos of our innovative edtech solutions to 1,500 SpaceX employees/parents (incl. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk) at SpaceX HQ in Brownsville, TX. Also presented separately to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. Developed & scaled an innovative generative AI marketing strategy on TikTok, Meta, and Google with a marketing budget of $3MM/year, which reduced CAC by 90% and CMQL by 85%, and built an engaged social media following from 5,000 to over 250,000.

Led several multinational engineering teams (5-10 FTEs) in building & testing a range of models & algorithms for multinational insurance companies and banks.
