Finance• Representing Company to Banks and financial institution for any requirement of long term or short term loan and maintain excellent banking relationship;• Preparation of Corporate Management data (CMA) for submission to Banks for renewal of Cash Credit Limit (both fund based and non-fund based);• Drive the process of due diligence as a finance leader;• Controlling the opening of inland and foreign parties Letter of Credit, bank guarantee for customer towards Performance guarantee and Advance Bank Guarantee as required;• Review all financial data generated through various MIS Reports on a regular basis and provide timely inputs to MD, CEO and Board of Directors;• Developed future financial plans to inform critical decision-making related to spending cuts, rightsizing labor force and timing planned business investments.• Spearheaded contract negotiation and financing to complete high-priority projects and realize target outcomes.Accounts:-• Coordinating and preparing Standalone and Consolidated financial statement of the Company along with the wholly owned foreign subsidy for Quarterly and Annual Reporting ensuring the compliances under GAAP and other statutory requirements;• Liaises the process of internal audit as well as external audit and ensure timely closure of audits and finalization of annual accounts as per the set timelines;• Coordinating with internal auditors to prevent/ detect frauds or any material miss statement;Budgets and MIS:-• Oversee and supervising the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting and reporting financial estimation;• Preparing yearly budget and monthly MIS for Income, Expense and Capital utilization and assist management in planning future action;Miscellaneous• Liason with various corporate functions like Legal, Secretarial, Management accounting, corporate accounting for consolidation, Human Resources and Taxation;• Controlling and monitoring the overall accounting package (Oracle ERP 11i / R12).

• Day to day liasoning with Banks along with preparation of Financial Follow up report 1 & 2 for Bank;• Assisting preparation of quarterly accounts for limited review under clause 41 of the listing agreement with reporting to the head of accounts;• Preparing variation analysis of actuals on Period to period basis and with budgeted financial data;• Preparing the statement for evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities for Top management;• Preparing the updated cost sheet for the running projects on monthly basis and comparing it with the project estimates and analysis the reason for any overrun and take corrective action on time;• Insuring timely compliance of returns as Service Tax, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Provident Fund, ESI and other statutory requirements.

• Responsible for Preparing cash and Bank vouchers, various monthly reports for Debtors and Creditors and reconciliation of Banks and reviewing the trial balance.• Coordinating Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and conducted various compliances procedures at various corporates of reputes.
