Certified Recruiting: Talent Acquisition & Hiring. 6+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment.End to End Recruitment, Talent Acquisition experience.● Sourcing, Prescreening, Interview scheduling, CTC negotiation, Documentation process, Offer approvals, Joining formalities, Onboarding, BGV process, Candidate Engagement. ● Presenting candidate pipeline in Daily Stand-up call, Weekly and monthly review meetings to HM, Business head etc., ● Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Volume hiring, Leadership hiring. ● Experience in LinkedIn Market Mapping, DEI Event (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and various projects.. ● Utilization of Successfactor tool for candidate movement from sourcing to On-boarding. ● Work with Hiring Managers on active pool of open positions. ● Ensure timely & proper communication & engagement with candidates at every stage of the hiring process. ● Maintaining a good offer to joining ratio. ● Partnering with other departments (Compensation & benefits, IT etc.,) to drive the new joiner process through on-boarding. ● Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems (ATS), Job boards, databases & management systems. ● Providing complete HR solutions and services range includes Executive search, Contingency recruitment, Contract staffing, Contract to hire & direct Hire, Outsource/RPO Hiring. ● Excellent knowledge in Boolean search, Recruitment tools like Naukri, Timesjobs, Basic knowledge on X-ray search (Recruitem). ● Good knowledge in ATS tools like HireCraft, Successfactor.● Basic knowledge in Workday, Taleo etc.,
