As the NPD Manager/Supply Project Manager for Reckitt in Australia and New Zealand, it is my responsibility to constantly provide high-level leadership to the Commercial Innovation Team in order to produce a strategy 1–3-year pipeline for five Health brands in those regions. As a Category Supply/Demand Planner, my weekly SAP ADO-DP SKU prediction was based on bottom-up sales projections (with agreed-upon overlays) and looked out 24 months. To do this, I consolidated S&OP data, coordinated trend research, and presented problems to commercial business stakeholders to provide a top-down category prediction.In addition, I coordinated with customers' trade and marketing groups to gather feedback from end users and feed that information, along with agreed-upon category actions, back into the bottom-up customers' prediction. I established and put into effect strict monthly KPI evaluations at the category/key pack/SKU/customer level to enhance accuracy. Furthermore, I managed the NPI/end-of-life demand forecast process and supported NPD/EPD initiatives within the product portfolio, all while overseeing category forecast process improvements.I also oversaw the success of three key KPIs (customer service, inventory, and forecast accuracy) and made use of the SAP BW tool for analysis and reporting across the 150+ SKU Portfolio, all of which are part of the end-to-end category process.♦ Seconded to Dettol Taskforce during COVID-19 outbreak as NPD Manager Health for six months.♦ Delivered accurate forecasts on becoming the second largest brand, Dettol, in the first year with the following: MAD (26.7%) and Bias (3%) of the market.
