Project - SEIMENS GAMESA RENEWABLE ENERGY Process automatisation for Accounts Payable - Purchase to Procurement

Working in Trade settlements (Cash and Derivative Segment)Core Task :••Dividend accounting.-Calculating amount of dividend for clients.-Calculating TDS to be charged on dividend.-Coordinating with RTA & AMC for dividend amount clarification or for any query.-Calculating & Crediting amount of Interest received on Bonds.-Crediting of dividend amount to client’s Ledger.-Maintaining amount of dividend & Interest data month wise for audit purpose.••Buyback of share by company.-Applying for buyback on client’s request.-Place bid for client’s who have applied for buyback.-Crediting of buyback amount to client’s ledger (if not credited directly through RTA)••Placing Bid for takeover & Delisting of shares. ••Mutual Fund Pay In for BSE & NSE segment.••Auction Pay In through DP, CUSA or MTF as required.Also looked after :••Transfer of shares to exchange when sold by client’s (Pay-In) through Cash Unpaid Securities Account (CUSA).••Transfer of share to client’s DP on clearing debit (Pay-Out)••Transfer of CUSA Ageing stock to client’s DP. ••Release of stock T+2+7 basis.

Working in Private Wealth Management (Mutual Funds)-Client mapping under respective Relationship Managers for calculation of brokerage. -Updation of correct details under clients portfolio ( details as per the statement of accounts )- Managing of clients investment details in company’s books. - Updation of Company’s EUIN with the RTA for the release of brokerage. - uploading and extracting of files into/from the system as required.-Resolving of queries related to clients portfolio updation in cordination with Relationship Manager.-Coordinating with RTA’s (Cams, Karvy , Sundaram , BNP & Franklin Templeton ) and AMC’s as and when required.
