As the Office Assistant at Fresh I manage the front of house reception as well as the day to day running of the office. This includes ordering stationary, preparation and booking of meeting rooms as well as ad hoc administration tasks. I also assist with travel and accommodation bookings through out the company and complete expenses for mobile site staff. I help various teams within the office in the creation of reports, drawing registers, research and liaise with suppliers when necessary. In short, I help where I can to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

I worked in a team within a very busy inbound call center. We were the first points of contact with the company and dealt with everything from accounts, payments and claims. Multiple streams of contact such as: emails, texts and calls. Maintained relations with clients while providing them with correct documentation and helping them to understand insurance procedures. Liaised with; customers, lawyers, claims officers and other insurance agents in order to provide the best service possible. On average dealt with 50-60 contacts per day and worked to resolve most problems with a “one call policy”.

Worked amongst a team that provide front of office reception and help to new students and their parents. Assisted students in registering and changing class schedule as well as making sure all class descriptions were standardized and up to date. Helping program that simulated a the four year university process. Students were able to input prospective classes and the program would allow them to see if it would allow them to fulfill graduation requirements or delay them. Also answered phones and provided assistance to professors who were booking lecture halls and such.
