Nirali Bhaskar Hasilkar is working as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department at Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Parul University from 16th August 2021. She has obtained her masters in Engineering from The M. S. University of Baroda, Vadodara (www.msubaroda.ac.in) in the field of Geotechnical Engineering. She has graduated in Civil Engineering also from the same University. In her earlier assignments, Nirali was associated with Theo-Desh Consultant as an Civil Engineer form July 2005 to July 2006. Subsequently she was working as a Lecturer at Applied Mechanics Department, Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from August 2008 to July 2010. Later she joined Parul University Waghodia in July 2010 till August 2016 as a Assistant Professor. She was then associated with Babaria Institute of Technology from July 2016 to April 2021.She has guided 12 UG Projects. She has published about 11 re-papers in various international journals, conferences. She is Life Member of Indian Geotechnical Engineering Society (LM2821), International Association of Engineers (188675), Associate Member of The Institution of Engineers (AM 1847654), Life member of Indian Society for Rock Mechanics and Tunneling Technology (ISRMTT) (LM-2247) and Chartered Engineer of The Institution of Engineers (AM1847654). She has one patent published in her account: “A Novel Process for Enhancing Soil and Pavement Stability Using Industrial Carbon Waste.” She has successfully coordinated GUJCOST Sponsored Workshop on ‘Innovations & Advances for Sustainable Civil Engineering’ organized Civil Engineering Department at Babaria Institute of Technology, BITS Edu Campus, Vadodara from 20th to 22nd June, 2019. She has attended about 28 international and national level conferences and seminars along with 10 weeks of Summer, Winter Training Schools and Quality Improvement Course.
