Involved in multiple projects:1) Leading Inventory Management Project with vendor, BioStorage: Built a requesting tool on SharePoint that will be replace paper based requests, prepared and executed test cases for systems and integration testing, prepared interface mapping documents, managed developers’ team to facilitate creating APIs on vendor and in-house database.2) Primary Analyst on building and maintaining internal tool for registration and data integration of reagents (Proteins, Antibodies, DNA Plasmids, Cell Lines, Hybridomas, Fusions, Genes): Gathered requirements and assisted developing team along with preparing and executing test cases. Facilitated meetings with scientists to understand registration workflow so as to enable smooth working standards with 10folds scaling of business.3) Analyst for Digital Imaging project: Assisted Profiling and Expression group to start using a new tool – OMERO. Also assisted in all issues with LabWare maintenance and defects.
