Responsibilities: • Managing all HR Activities • Handling the recruitment process • Screening profiles from the job portal, calling candidates, interview coordination, feedback from the interviewer, selection process, releasing offer letter • Headhunting of profiles on different Job Portals • Leave and Attendance management • Responsible for the full onboarding process (from pre-joining formalities to joining formalities) • Letter generation like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving/Experience letter, Confirmation letter, Completion letter • Responsible for background Verification of new joiners • Arranging employee engagement activities • Coordinate with bank person for bank account opening • Exit formalities • Company’s invoice management • Filing and documentation
