I'm presently working as an HR Executive at NOVA HRO. My profile consists of Learning, OD and TA. Previously, I worked as a Candidate Engagement Consultant as a part of the pilot program for the Talent Acquisition team at Protiviti (India). I’ve pursued my Masters in Industrial and Organizational psychology from Mithibai College, Mumbai. I'm passionate about exploring Org. psychology as a discipline to solve business problems through people solutions. My understanding of the subject helps me decode the ways in which human behavior affects the daily operations of an organization. And using psychological research, I can implement ways to improve employee morale and subsequently increase workplace efficiency and retain talent.Previously, I have conducted FGDs to understand the attrition in the org. and developed inferences about employees approach to turnover, learning and managing the HRIS.Even when I am not working, I pursue interests that help me push my limits and stay active like high altitude treks and dancing (as well as teaching dance).
