Managing Scope: Understand the overall scope of an incident and identify any increases or decreases is scope that would lead to requirement changes. Ensuring there is clarity of the scope and requirements of the team.• Requirement’s analysis: Elicit, prioritise, validate, manage, and communicate business requirements throughout the incident remediation lifecycle.• Solution validation: Review and validate solution specifications against business requirements. Evaluate implemented solutions against operational acceptance criteria. Review the documentation for consistency and accuracy. Ensure the solution includes all functional and non-functional areas.• Testing support: Collaborate with testers to ensure full understanding of business requirements, comprehensive, risk-based test coverage, and prompt defect resolution.• Execution: Support the execution of the remediation plan including payments and communications.• Business assurance: Ensure all work undertaken is discoverable by internal and external parties. Work with incident owners to assess and resolve risk incidents. Collaborate with project management to identify and mitigate project risks. Ensuring all artifacts/documents produced are in the correct format/template, completed and signed off• Risk and compliance: Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role; and escalate incidents, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance). Proactively identify ways to mitigate risk, select and apply project management task methodologies.

Monitor pipeline of JUNO Incidents to identify potential incidents that require BB Remediation Program assistance.• Provide advice on the completion of Customer Remediation object fields within JUNO.• Monitor the quality of Customer Remediation object completion.• Manage the “front door” on Incidents proposed for transfer into the Business Remediation program. This will include assessment of Remediation “Sequencing” relative to existing customer remediation in the pipeline and evaluation of the adequacy of tactical measures implemented to “stop the harm”.• Support Product Management teams in their drafting of recommendation papers to senior executive stakeholders for endorsement to the Project Execution Forum or the Regulatory and Remediation Risk Deep Dive Forum.• Provide advice on the appropriateness of Rectification measures being implemented to support Customer Remediation.• Liaison with Business Remediation project teams / 1st line Risk Hub / Product Owner (for BAU managed incidents) to address gaps in data.• Provide support to the Business Remediation program and BAU Remediation team• Development and maintenance of Business Remediation program procedures, guidance, and checklists.
