Currently handing support for 3 entities involving minor to medium customization, and having modules of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, fixed assets, warehousing and Jobs. Updating status on ticket portal. Including any user training for any new joiners for all the existing as well as new features or functionality developed. Also involved in 3 project implementation involving Requirement gathering, documentation, working on CR, liaising with technical for any new development, user training, report development, and testing, basic documentation preparation on customization. Also handling all types of data migration for Masters, transactions through Configuration packages.

Involved remotely in the ongoing implantation project which included understanding the client’s business and business processes, Designing & documentation for FRDs & Fit-gaps, demonstration of what is available out-of-the-box and what is required. Along with gathering the requirement, configuring system, primary testing, user training, UAT Acceptance and testing of new developments. Also, Involved in liaising with the technical team for new developments fine tuning the existing development and additional customization required for any existing process. Project involved AR, AP, GL, FA, Inventory Management, Advance Warehousing. Featured used i.e. Inter-Company Setups & Transactions, Item Tracking and Dimension, also configured various inventory & financial reports. Successfully completed the migration of data from older system to BC by configuration packages for Vendor, Customer, GL, FA and related opening transactions. Apart from Implementation, also provided support for the same project for their 2 companies. Was working remotely.
