Responsibilities:• Provide a high standard of personalized, effective, and efficient customer service.• Processing demand drafts, instant money transfer, NEFT/RTGS, customer requests, instant debit card, credit card, fixed deposits, multi-currency TCDC card.• Collects all leads from walk-in customers for auto loan, Demat account opening, account opening life insurance, general insurance, and other cross-sell products. Also responsible for selling banking multi-products, maximizing accounts profitability through cross-selling company's other products such as Credit Cards, Personal loans, instant personal loan, SME, cash credit (CC), etc.• Ensures that all transactions are performed from time to time.• Call the customers and make appointments and close the business.• Offer best rates to customers in the industry rather than other companies.• Responsible for implementing best customer service practices to improve sales channels and minimize customer complaints. Managing client relations to promote long-term relationships.• Dealing with Indian clients and non-resident Indian clients.• Establishing a healthy relationship with Existing and NTB customers.• Directing marketing strategies, business development plans, and promotional activities.• Servicing of Self-Sourced Customers.• Contribute to the overall running of the branch by achieving business plan targets and increased branch productivity without changing the quality of services.Software used: Finacle, Saksham, CRM, EPH, Cloud9, HRMS, EasyPay, GBM, MyConnect, iConnect, Branch Analytics, MS officeAchievements: Rated 5 out 5, Qualified for an all-rounder in PAN India level, Best PAN India CASA champion, Facilitated by RBBH &cluster head & circle head, Qualified Q1-Q2 Royal Conquest, Highest contributor of fee income in the branch.
