Title: Isolation and Characterization of Potential Probiotics from Human Milk.As part of my Master’s thesis, I conducted research on the isolation and characterization of probiotic bacterial strains from human milk. Using precise dilution techniques on agar media, I isolated potential probiotic strains and evaluated their functional properties, including acid and bile tolerance, as well as their antimicrobial activity.My research further involved the biochemical characterization of selected strains and molecular analysis through DNA isolation and PCR, validating their probiotic potential. This work contributed to the understanding of probiotics for potential applications in health and nutrition, particularly in the development of gut-health products.
