JOB Profile :As an HSE SUPERVISOR, my primary objective is to impart the fullest of my abilities in ensuring that all the people involved in the company comply with the health, safety, and environmental protocols. My experience as HSE supervisor has broadened my understanding and enhanced my skills in conducting risk assessment programs as well as developing risk mitigating methods. Among my aims is to ensure that every employee is well-equipped to respond to emergencies by designing and conducting regular drills. I also aspire to constantly improve my administrative abilities and to cultivate the safest working environment possible for all.Main duties performed:• Fire & Safety inspection for daily work progress.• Provied Toolbox and Safety Induction for labours, sub-contractors and engeeiners. • Insure contrators follow safety ,health & envirnoment requirements.• Reviewing of audit, risk accessment, accident, near miss incedent reports.• Establishment of first aid training, site safety training, hazard training for staff and labour.• Regularly attending quality&safety meeting , chair meeting, safety induction & tool box meeting and actively involved in quality activites of the site.• Preparing of safety report, training programs, emergency procedures & drills exerise, pep talk on hazardoes works, lectures on safety matter , traning and selecting fire&safety personal.• Prepareing daily, weekly and mounthly checklist reports for mechanical, qulity&safety maintanence of site.• Keeping the correspondence with all the department and making of schedules and arranging the safety meeting and pep talks.• Conducting safety awareness training and precautionary methods for the personnel in carpentry shop,mechanical shop,frabrication yards,constructionsite,scaffolding,tower cranes ,heavy plant vehicles and hazardous area.
