• Handling of sales and marketing activities for all the services.• Preparation of brouchers, leaflets and movie presentations.• Handle the designing of the promotional material. • Designing of commercials and proposals.• Handling recruitments for clients from the manufacturing, service, IT industries as per their requirement, using job portals, references, head hunting procedures.• Conducting trainings on cross cultural education programmes at client end.• Handling of the KPI procedures for the internal staff.• Conducting induction training for the internal staff.

• Handling a team of 3 consultants.• Handling the permanent recruitments for clients from the telecom, media & entertainment, FMCG, durables, retail industry.• Taking care of the requirements in the sales & marketing, HR, operations and IT departments of the clients.• Responsible for the individual and team targets.• Involved in the business development to increase the clients to be served in wake of increasing the business.• Head hunting, jobsite search for appropriate candidates as per the client requirement.• Telephonic, personal interview for prescreening purpose.• Shortlisting of candidates and co-ordination for the interview.• Package negotiations with the client and candidate.• Responsible for collection of payment from the client.

• Responsible for the recruitments for all levels in the sales and marketing department for the telecom clients.• Independently handling three telecom majors, TATA, IDEA, BPL(Hutch)• Handling the recruitments for accounts, operations & HR departments at all levels for Telecom, FMCG, CD, Insurance, Banking industries.• Handling recruitments for IT sector.• Interviewing candidates in the office and over the telephone.• Handling the administration of the branch.• Imparting training to the new joinees.
