Taking over a more challenging assignment as a plant Manager for Nanliu manufacturing India Pvt. ltd. mainly responsible for end to end plant management and leadership for Indias largest AT Non-woven manufacturer.

I joined VIVIA international P ltd in July-2015 as a start-up leader and production manager and taken over a very big responsibility like..• Leading a green field star-up for VIVIA.• Product designing, RM/PM finalization.• Line construction and commissioning, Qualification and verification.• Quality testing and passing the verification process.• Complete lab set-up and trained people in testing process.• Recruiting operation team and logistics team for a sustainable and smooth operation.

Initially i joined in Warehouse operation and continue for 1 year gained the skills in recieving , Material issues and Dispatches.Then moved to sanitary napkin operation line (HCH Line) and became the team leader within 1.5 years and continue as a team leader 2 more years.Simultaneously i was learning production execution in SAP and then became The Key user of production Execution in SAP model and expert trouble shooter for production execution.* Brilliant expertise in material usage variance analysis and loss elimination of material in paper industries (napkin and baby diaper)*comprehensive experience in Warehouse management and Production execution skills in SAP WM and SAP PP modules.*Recognized as an expert in handling Internal Controls of the site and Audits like ICFR , CSA , GIA etc*Handling complete contractor operation in Femcare category.*2 times winner of Plant managers appreciation award and 1 P&G power of you by Femcare Supply chain Leader.*construction , commissioning and start up of the 1st napkin line in mandideep.*Over All supply chain knowledge.
