I have an exp of 9+ years as Engineer QA/QC in National Highway project contributes highways ,major,minor bridges and box culverts. As a Civil Engineer responsible for all quality activities, monitoring physical programs of work at Lab,Site,Batching plant,HM plant and Crusher.I have good knowledge about testing of all types of materials use in structural & highway work such as concrete,Subgrade,GSB,WMM,DBM, B.C and Mastic Asphalt as per MOSRTH, ASTM, AASHTO, BS and BIS. inspect the site at the time of concrete pouring,checking slump and rectify slump based problems at site. FDD checking for embk,sg, gsb and wmm layers.for binder and surface courses checking the temperature of mix at plant,site,quantity of binder added and rate of spreading of binder as per MORTH, casting the marshal stability moulds in lab as per quantity as per MORTH.Looking after all the documentation of test reports. I have good knowledge about calibration of batching plant,hm plant,wmm plant and their frequency limits. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the project certificates including calibration certificates, third party test results,daily test results, Daily RFI, Preparing Monthly concrete report, site observation reports, Watch and supervise the work,examine materials and workmanship,Responsible in the quality control of work and workmanship of every activity through knowledge of all phase of engineering construction relating to civil,structural and highway. Developing work culture for zero NCR approach. Maintain all the DPR,DLR and make use of every labor in a respectable manner.
