BackShell Design & Qualification

• Designed the complete range of MS connectors i.e MIL-DTL-5015 (SAE AS50151) by referring respected military standards.• Designed the VG 95234 connectors according VG standard.• Prepared the QTP for the connectors as per standard.• Design, Drafting & Assemblies of Connector, Back shells and accessories for Aerospace, Military and Defence.• Design and Development of new products and existing products.• Quick response to RFQ’S.• Maintaining and releasing drawings with respect to drawing issue register.• Responsible for planning the work and deliver drawing sets within scheduled quality and time.• Excellent competency to read and interpret engineering drawings.• Coordinating with production department and check production feasibility of the design.• To create innovative and cost-effective ideas to the designing process.• Efficient team player combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude.

• Preparing 3D models of tools and holder assembly for Cradle, Fixed & Tombstone type of Machining Fixtures for two wheeler & four wheeler IC Engine components.• Send the inquiry to vendors to procure cutting tools, after get the approval from customer.• Responsible for planning the work and deliver drawing sets within scheduled quality and time.• Capable of providing and seeking technical advice at both external & internal engineering functions.• To create innovative and cost-effective ideas to the designing process.• Efficient team player combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude.
