Managing user accounts via Active Directory, Backup and Disaster recovery of critical enterprise data on Endpoints.Maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Account Security (PAS), manage and Implementation information security policy on Endpoints.Working with L2/L3 Support level to fix issues beyond L1 scope and understanding technical problems and their impacts to the business and gather data pertaining to customer needs. Escalating issue to next level and concerned Support team when they fall out of Scope. Maintain records of daily data backlog tickets, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
