Instant loan collection and recoveries

 Responsible for collections and recovery from skip customers – Buckets and Write-off on SME loans, cards and Personal loans. Ensuring allocation of portfolio to external agencies as per strategy with constant monitoring. Identify and develop skip tracing tools to enhance collections. Demonstrate strategic thinking by identifying and implementing models, practices and processes that enhance collections and recoveries. Provide performance reporting to management to enhance business decision, support and control. Negotiate with delinquent customers and provide for amicable solutions within framework. Meet monthly business defined targets set by management and share inherent market information to internal teams to reduce future risk. Ensure delivery of set tasks within management acceptable TAT and ensure adherence to the code of conduct defined by the management to maintain the value of the bank. Define strategies proactively in order to resolve and aid both customers and agencies. Support team to ensure meeting pre-defined targets and harness them for future growth.

 As a Relationship Officer, need to provide/sale Trade Facilities to Small and Medium Enterprises like Bank Guaranties, PDC Discounting, Invoice Discounting for business sales and purchase and Letter of Credit, Trust Receipt for Import and Export purpose. Lead Generation through Telecalling and Cold calling. Meeting clients directly and explaining about above products. Follow-up and case closure until the case disburses with maintaining good repo with customer and internal Team. Keeping a track of customers who are due for eligibility in the future and following up with them on weekly basis. Keeping a regular update of the policy changes in the Bank and simultaneously monitoring the present market situation by doing personal researches.

 Taking care of UK Customers Gas and Electricity accounts. Final bill the customer account with correct reads. Call other UK Suppliers if the reads are missing in market applications like DTS. Raise objection, if customer is going to other supplier without paying outstanding bill. Taking care of Team and Targets on behalf of Team Leader.

 Handling Toll free, Indian Call management and mail box.  Logging hardware/software calls & forward it to the technical team. Releasing the case to onsite with the engineer. Releasing the required spare parts to the subjected case & ensure that the part & engineer reaches to the customer site within TAT. Taking responsibilities & co-coordinating with customer and engineer until the issue gets resolved.  Co-ordination point between HP Business / Sales / Service Delivery and Technical team.  First contact point to the Customer to provide the support. Responsible to handle Escalated issues of customer needs.  Co-ordinate point between Customers and HP technical team till closer of the case.

 Selling of Unit linked plans of Bajaj Allianz. Lead generation through the database  Meeting clients and explaining the plans Road shows for new products and achieving the targets. Entertaining customers’ complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions & making recommandations to management by coordinating with the Customer Service Department.

 CNC Machine operation. Assembly, Testing, Soldering, Rework of Telecommunication and Computer Mother Boards. Quality inspection of PCBA’S. Proto type board assembly as per BOM. Manual Insertion of both Active and Passive components. Knowledge in Six Sigma and GMP (Good manufacturing practices)
