Over the 9+ years at Accenture, I gained the opportunity to serve global clients from diverse industries.I have mainly worked in application maintenance and application development projects and my work functions span across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a part of my role in Application Maintenance and Development, I have designed, developed and implemented automation to address a number of unique scenarios to achieve results in terms of process improvement, time and cost savings, reduced turn around time and time to market and improve quality of delivery.In my current role, as part of the central automation team I drive on-boarding of internal application maintenance teams to Accenture MyWizard automation platform on Azure Cloud, and lead the implementation of automation assets to augment human intelligence and labor to increase productivity and meet the automation goals of client in terms of achieving time and cost reduction.I am an expert in designing detailed technical solutions to given problem and drive the implementation while managing and eliminating the hurdles coming in the way of the team.Hands on experience with Azure DevOps to manage delivery of ongoing work items in a project using Agile delivery model. I come with a strong technical background and have a sound working knowledge on delivering effectively in CI/ CD delivery framework.I have a niche in handling complex operational processes to ensure minimal risk and mitigated impact to the client.Documentation of processes, flows and functions of existing work products & work processes has been an integral part of my work. I have published numerous job aids, user guides, process documentations and am passionate about writing.I have been involved in ideation, innovation, thought-leadership, continuous team building, mentoring and training to support and enhance a successful team and a healthy work culture.Efficient to work independently as well as in team. Improving quality of existing processes, service and product to provide value to the end user is what drives me daily to do what I do.
