My career to date has given me a solid understanding of how to implement effective staffing plans, drive continuous improvements and take any actions necessary to get day-to-day tool room and mould problems and conflicts resolved.At the moment I work for M/s Aalmirplastics.My primary duty is to manage the tool room activities including die making & maintenance . Through my work I have learnt how to do all of the following key duties that your role requires of a candidate;• Having strong experiences in managing Tool Room & Product development, Press Tools, Mould making, Dies & Components, RFQ handling, Part costing, Process costing, Quotations, Reverse Engineering of products, Tool Engineering, Injection Molding, Press Shop & Vendor Development. • Responsible to work proactively to attend mold modification according to ECN drawing from Product Development Team. • Maintain the mold like HRC Type Mould, Hydraulic Core Type, Air Ejection Type Moulds, Hydraulic Self Screwing Mould, In Mold Labeling
