Do the final cutting PGM of VMC milling m/c, CNC wire cut m/c &wire EDM m/c, by using high-end software Del cam (power mill 2017& power shape 2017) version & design the drawing by auto cad 2016 version for the job production in CNC machining area. Final Cross checks the programs for allotted jobs in m/c .every day planning for the Job for machining. Prepare the inspection report of dies, mandrels, backers & all first extrude sections of the production unit. Do the paper work of monthly report & daily Planning for the job production & die history card & nitriding report. Look all thing s about conventional & CNC working area, heat-treatment system. After heat treatment checking hardness of dies in brinell hardness testing m/c.To handle total in put & output job production in shop floor, Total knowledge of dies & tooling maintenance & corrections, Oiling& greasing of parts, tool holder & clamping unit of m/c. also doing indent for replace-Meant part of the m/c. here I will report to my superior mangers.
