Responsibilities included construction management & execution of various National / State Highway Projects involving activities like Billing & Planning Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, Drainage, structures, etc. as per FIDIC contract conditions and MOSRT&H/MOST specifications.He is well versed with highway design, pavement design, bridge design, preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates, reports generation, contract packaging, development of technical specification and bid document preparation, overall management of field teams and design teams, program management, coordination with clients and bilateral & multilateral funding agencies. He has extensive professional experience in design and construction supervision, interpretation of contract conditions and specifications, project monitoring, cost monitoring, quality control, asphalt mix design, checking & certifying bills, processing of invoices and FIDIC, IRC, MORTH conditions of contract. Well versed with the construction supervision of Flexible Pavements and Rigid pavements and Major/Minor bridges, Underpasses and CD works conforming to Contract/Technical Specifications. He has overall in-charge of the project supervision of the construction Supervision of Highway works; Possess considerable experience of the provisions of technical guidelines for professionals and is well acquainted with relevant codes and specification (Ministry of Surface Transport &IRC, MoRTH). He has guide, monitor, supervise all staff and control all the activities related to supervision for the construction work and proper coordination with client and contractors.
