Responsible for Product training of Sales Team, New Business development through concept selling/New product Idea ,Product Launch .

Handling day to day operation of the bakery kitchen ,preparing desserts for thr Italian resturant, Banquets,Pre plated dessert for sit down banquets functions etc.

• Solely responsible for the Pastry Section of Bakery Kitchen which has Food & Beverage turnover of Rs. 138 Cr. maintain Food Cost of 19% • Managing Staffs working with me.• Maintain the Cleanliness and hygienic of the kitchen & walk-ins. • Buffet Décor and Food Presentation in a very exotic manner in terms of guest preference taste and choices. • Managing Banquet Sit downs & Large scale outdoor functions. • Plans & implement new improved system & procedures to increase efficiency.• Responsible for tasting the food and garnishing appropriately for all functions in all the responsible shifts. • Active Involvement in active assemblage of the HACCP Manual and implementation of the same in operation to be awarded the first HACCP certified hotel in India.• Ensuring Sales Target are met including Budgeting and maintain Food Cost & Quality.• Helping various X-pat chefs including Michelin Star Chefs in Operating Festivals.
