· Preparing Process documents such as UAT Implementation documents, User-Manuals and Training Documents for Reference.· Preparing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Prepare screen mock-ups for conveying the requirements to the development team in the technical Aspect for the team to start developing the requested changes.· Monitoring all the content in the portal and made sure each and every content is up to international standards.· Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting activities by interacting with Various Product Teams to resolve process related issues and also to update Product/Process Knowledge.· Involved in functional testing (Manual Testing) coming up with test scenarios, test plan and executing them.
