Responsible for New power Training about the Line production process.17. responsible for Line Change over during the different product production and new change over in the line for new products.manufacturing Engineer - 3.3 years Responsible for NPI projects to fulfill customer requirements. Expertise the use of lean principles and its implementations in the process. Expertise Process qualification of new machines as the qualification standards. Proficient with programming Sejong dispensing machines. Experience in Cycle time study and continuous process improvements. Involved in new product PFMEA activity along with cross functional team. Analyzing the failures by doing Design of Experiments (DOE) and process improvements based on DOE findings. Engineering Change Order Management (ECO/ECN) for NPI and mass production models (STD Parts) through DOEs Analyzing the process defects and implementing the corrective actions by like QC tools like Fishbone, Check sheet and Pareto graph etc. Basic understanding of Engineering Drawings. Review, One Point Lesson (OPL), Standard working procedure (SOP), facilitated training to ,
