Whilst developing a short term and long term strategy to increase brand awareness of the organisations that sit under the group, I undertook a range of tasks from re-branding of an organisation to redevelopment of many marketing communications to reflect the professional culture of the AHIG. This included the development and implementation of a social media plan across all organisations. Project management including end-end research, design and development of a much needed Client Relationship Management system for the organisation to better manage opportunities. Simultaneously I managed a large scale website development project which included four websites to begin to drive leads to the organisation and maintain a competitive advantage within the market. I also managed many communication processes and activities as well as identifying opportunities for the organisation to progress in their service offerings.

As the Marketing Executive for the Conferenz health, legal and corporate strategy portfolio I managed all marketing activity for our entire range of conferences for the period. This included analysis, research, marketing communications, social media strategy and implementation, planning and budgeting, content creation and various other tasks. The ability to think creatively on innovative ways to communicate our services was fundamental in this role, whilst managing business to business relationships on a regular basis.

As the Marketing Coordinator at The Tile Depot, I am allotted responsibility over all marketing communication channels the business adheres to. I work closely with the retail stores by providing resources to develop better customer relationships. The industry is very competitive and there was a major requirement to ensure that all our consumer groups are aware of the unique value propositions our business has to offer.

As an Airline assistant my main priorities were to ensure a customer experience that matched Air New Zealand's strong reputation. I built relationships with customers and provided service that continued to build the Air New Zealand brand. The aviation industry provides a range of challenges on the daily as every day is different due to weather and the sheer range and number of people that travel. Professional practice is fundamental to an operation at this level. Communication is also fundamental in a role with such a diverse consumer group. Was a good opportunity working in a large service based industry which prides themselves in exceptional customer service, and providing their consumers with a memorable experience.
