Responsible for the overall system design and development, implementation strategies and production operations support of GE’s PeopleSoft CRM and Absence Management applications.Partnership with Global Operations Finance functional leaders, leading the design, development and implementation of enterprise IT solutions. Drive simplification and standard solutions to support cross-GE enterprise standards and shared service COE operations. Provide leadership in the planning, evaluation, design and development of enterprise IT solutions supporting GE’s movement to shared services and common standard tools. Partner with multiple teams and business leaders to formulate project plans, releases and strategies for meeting business goals and objectives Analyze global requirements, drive simple integrated designs and influence value of standard tool offerings.Provide technical leadership and support for planned releases, incidents, problem management and issue resolution.Develop integration strategies and solutions between PeopleSoft technologies and other dependent platforms Research PeopleSoft based products and Oracle technology solutions to offer near term and long term product improvements Maintain a Software Development Life Cycle process that utilizes a global team and consistently produces defect free development, meeting functional requirements and security and IT Risk standards.
