With over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, I am currently the Area Business Head for AP at Equitas Small Finance Bank, one of the leading small finance banks in India. In this role, I oversee the sales, operations, and receivables of multiple branches across the region, ensuring compliance, quality, and profitability. I also leverage my skills in cross-selling, retail banking, and customer relationship management to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction for the bank and its customers. Previously, I was the Area Sales & Receivables Manager at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, where I managed a large portfolio of loans and collections, and contributed to the business development and expansion of the company. Before that, I was the Branch Manager at Magma fincorp, where I handled the branch operations, sales, and team management.
