CurrentFinancial Accounting Function : Monthly Accounts Preparation for Management. Annual Accounts preparation (Inventory, Factory overhead, Operational expenses & VAT Current Account). Supervising and guide the Accounts & Finance Department, Check and verify the accuracy of the entries generated in Accounts desks. Approve the enter company transactions. Treasury and Financial Functions : Operate entire financial transactions and provide necessary MIS to the management Checking and providing approval for all payments vouchers, bill, advances and others, Cash management & Cash Requirement Plan. Recommend for payment of bill considering priority basis & credit time. Salary sheet Preparation & arrange to disburse. Coordinating with production People & administration for cross functions Surprise audit on Cash functions. Cost Function : Per unit cost calculation of finished goods based on job order costing with Merchandisers. Knitting cost Per unit, Dyeing per unit , Garments Cost Per Order, Packaging Cost Per unit. Cost control and maintain optimum cost of all activities in Business. Per day & Per month Factory overhead cost calculation (Fixed & Variable basis)and report to management. Cost variance analysis Month to Month report to management. Operation monitoring for cost control and maximum utilization of Capacity. Material Cost, Utility cost, Power generation Cost, Labor cost calculation total amount & per unit ( Per order/ Per L/C) Reporting to Management on monthly basis and Unit wise. Inventory Management : Ensuring that store records are up-to-date, Stock of Spare Parts maintain minimum & safety stock level . Reviewing levels of inventory, MRP-Material Requirement Planning is maintained.. Ensure control and keep record on the wastage materials arrange to sell out.
