As part of a leading UK-based bank, I played a crucial role in the successful migration of the credit risk system from legacy systems to AWS, leveraging my AWS expertise. I was responsible for transforming various ETL jobs from legacy SAS to Spark ETL codes and developing hive-based ETL jobs. To ensure zero parity between the two systems, I executed robust quality checks. Additionally, I assisted in setting up job orchestration with Airflow, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall system efficiency. I designed the entire architecture for the application, leveraging my expertise in Azure.
