• Develop a deep understanding of the rigid axle system used in the company's electric vehicles. • Assist customers in understanding the technical aspects of the rigid axle system, including its impact on vehicle performance, stability, and overall driving experience. • Identifying and resolving customer problems, complaints, or issues in a timely and effective manner. • Collaborating with colleagues, to solve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Planning and dispatching of materials as per customer's requirements. • Reviewing of process & in-process jobs and specific operations are done. • Verifying of final jobs wherein the quality aspects are attained and inspected. • Addressing the customer's complaints and the process of segregating defective materials.

• Taking corrective & preventive action non–non-confirming jobs, the process going out of control.• Providing Quality Awareness to all the machine operators in order to reduce rejections.• Regular In-House monitoring of shift-wise records with rejection details, In-Process Quality Inspections, and Shift Communications.
